Suspension of the Springer open publishing program

I am sending the message received from the WBN on October 6, 2020 about the planned suspension of the Springer open publishing program.

At the same time I inform You that the program A (free) of Elsevier’s open publication for 2020 has ended. In 2021, 1,500 works will be in the pool of articles with the possibility of total free publication. We look forward to resuming the program from January 2021.
