NCBJ opens up a competition for a position of Assistant Professor in Physics (experimental physics) in NCBJ Nuclear Methods in Solid State Physics Division (FM1) located in Świerk.
Requirements:
- PhD degree in physics
- documented knowledge of experimental condensed matter physics (publications in the field)
- practical knowledge of experimental techniques applied in research on structural properties of materials (in particular knowledge of X-ray/ neutron diffraction techniques will be an asset)
- ability to work in an international environment
- team-work abilities
- readiness to participate in projects accomplished abroad
- good command of English
- command of German will be an asset
